How to Install Excel QM and QM for Windows?
To enable a pre-installed Excel add-in Open Excel, on the Tools menu, select Add-ins. In the Add-Ins available box, select the check box for the Add-in you want to enable, and then click OK. If you have downloaded the QM zip file, unzip it using WinZip or other programs and save the unzipped files in a new directory (e.g. QM).Find the file 'start.exe' or 'start' in this new directory and double-click it.

If you have bought the book with the CD-ROM, then insert the CD-ROM in your CD-ROM drive. The software contains an autorun program and should start up automatically. The same installation screen should appear (see below).

From the Windows Start Button, select, Run. At the prompt, type 'd:start' (without quotes). If your CD-ROM drive does not use 'd:', then use the appropriate letter for your computer. Press [Enter] or click on [OK]. The following screen should appear.
Click the word 'Install'. Wait a while and a new screen will appear (see below).
To install Excel QM, click 'ExcelQM3.RSH10.exe'. You must have had Microsoft Excel (2003 or 2007) already installed in your computer.
To install QM for Windows, click 'setup.POMQMv3.RSH10.exe'
After you have clicked either word, wait a while. A new screen will appear.
Follow the instructions on the screen. Generally speaking, it is simply necessary to click [NEXT] each time that the installation asks a question.
